Electromagnet has a very common application in People’s Daily life, what is the working principle of electromagnet? Let’s know how electromagnets work.
.When an iron core is inserted into the energized solenoid, the iron core is magnetized by the magnetic field of the energized solenoid. The magnetized iron core also becomes a magnetic field, so that the two magnetic fields add up to each other, and make the magnetic field line greatly improved. To make the electromagnet more magnetic, the iron core is usually hoof shaped. But pay attention to the iron core on the electromagnetic coil around the reverse direction, one side clockwise, the other side must be reversed. If the winding is the same, the magnetization effect of the two electromagnetic coils on the iron core will offset each other, so that the iron core is not magnetic. In addition, the iron core of the electromagnet is made of soft iron, not steel. Otherwise, once the steel is magnetized, it will always maintain magnetism but not demagnetization, and its magnetic level can not be controlled by the amount of electricity flow, and the loss of the advantages of electromagnet should have.
.Electromagnet is a magnetic component that can be energized by current flow. It is a non-permanent magnet, which can be operated or removed easily.
.When the flow of electricity follows the transmission line, it creates a magnetic field around the wire. Using this property, the current flow according to the magnetic induction line, will be in the solenoid into a symmetrical magnetic field. If a ferromagnetic chemical is inserted into the core of the magnetic line, the ferromagnetic substance will be magnetized and greatly increase the magnetic field.
.Generally speaking, the magnetic field formed by an electromagnet is related to the size of the current flow, the number of lines and circles, and the ferromagnetic material at the core. In the design of the scheme of electromagnet, will pay attention to the division of electromagnetic coil and ferromagnetic material selection, and the use of current size to manipulate the magnetic field. Because the raw material of the electromagnetic coil is a resistor, this limits the size of the field that the electromagnet can create, but with the discovery and application of superconductors, there is still a chance to exceed the current limit.
